Managing Director
M Sivapoopathy A/P S Murugasoo
Ms. Sivapoopathy Murugasoo, fondly known as Ms. Joy by her colleagues and friends, holds an Associate Degree in Human Resources and Personnel Management from the Entrepreneur Development Institute. She is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 30 years in the workforce, possessing a strong foundation in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. Also, she specializes in Malaysian labor law, and corporate compliance. Her key strengths lie in dedication, consistency, and commitment, making her a trusted leader in the industry.
Throughout her career, Ms. Joy has played an instrumental role in the growth of multiple startup companies, including Sunway Cleaners Sdn Bhd and SVI Technologies, where she contributed her expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Her deep understanding of the Malaysian labor landscape has enabled her to drive HR strategies that align with both business goals and workforce well-being.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Joy has a strong passion for sports, particularly football. Her love for the game led her to take on a leadership role as President of a football club in Malaysia, where she actively supports the development of young talents and the promotion of football at the grassroots level.
With a career defined by excellence in human resource management and a deep-seated passion for sports leadership, Ms. Joy continues to make a lasting impact in both the corporate and sports communities.
General Manager
Michael Uzochukwu Ihonre
Michael Uzochukwu Ihonre is a dedicated professional and entrepreneur with a strong background in accounting, education, and sports management. Originally from Nigeria, he has built a successful career in Malaysia, combining his expertise in finance with his passion for football and business development.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (Second Class Upper) from Benin Republic and later earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Commercial Administration with Accountancy, making him a Chartered Commercial Administrator in Nigeria. His key strengths lie in hard work, problem-solving, and providing innovative business solutions.
Coming from a family with a strong educational background—his mother being a respected head teacher in Lagos—Michael briefly ventured into teaching and lecturing, imparting knowledge in Principles of Accounting and Principles of Management. However, his deep passion for football remained a driving force in his life.
As a former football player, Michael competed for his college and various football clubs both within and outside Nigeria. Upon arriving in Malaysia, he pursued his passion further, becoming a registered and licensed AFC coach. With his dedication to the sport and his commitment to helping young talents grow, he founded Emzee Football Club, providing aspiring footballers with professional training and development opportunities.
Through his journey, Michael has demonstrated resilience, leadership, and a relentless drive to make an impact in both business and sports, fostering growth and opportunities for those around him.
